Karen Hagans has dedicated over 30 years to the career development profession, serving 21 years at Ashland University as the Executive Director of Career Services until May of 2017. Karen earned her Master of Arts in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University and her Bachelor of Arts from Ashland University. She holds a Myers-Briggs®
certification and Certified Career Management Coach and Certified Job Search Strategist designations.
